CREATING A NEW DASHBOARD
1. CREATE A NEW DASHBOARD
- Open the Dashboards tab from the left-hand navigation menu.
- Select + Create.
- Enter a name for your dashboard.
2. ADD A WIDGET
- Open your dashboard and click Edit.
- Select + Add Widget.
- Choose either:
- Chart Widget for data visualisation
- Map Widget for location-based fleet views
3. BUILD A CHART WIDGET
- Select Chart and continue to the widget builder.
- Add a title for your widget.
- Choose one or more metrics from the available Commercial or Safety categories.
- Select your preferred chart type:
- Bar
- Line
- Area
- Other available visualisations
- Use the preview panel to see changes in real time.
4. CUSTOMISE YOUR WIDGET
You can tailor your chart by:
- Changing colours
- Showing or hiding legends
- Selecting different statistics (Sum, Average, Minimum or Maximum)
- Switching chart axes
- Adjusting date ranges
- Using stacked charts where available
5. PUBLISH YOUR WIDGET
Once you're happy with the layout and data:
- Click Add Widget.
- The widget will appear on your dashboard.
- Rember to click save so your dashboard progress is saved.

- To edit a widget, first click Edit in the top-right corner of the dashboard. Select the widget menu to View, Edit, or Delete the widget as required.
- Widgets can be resized using the resize handle and repositioned by dragging them to create the layout that best suits your requirements.
- Continue adding chart and map widgets to build a customised dashboard showing the information most important to your operation.
- Once all changes have been made, click Save to update and publish your dashboard layout.
